Delivery

Orders placed on www.diemonde.com are processed and shipped every Tuesday and Thursday from when the order was placed, pending payment authorization, verification and stock availability.

Exchanges

If you purchased an item/items from diemonde.com and want to exchange it for a different color, size or style, you can do so by returning the item(s), within 14 days of receiving the shipment with a copy of your original receipt and a written explanation of the items you would like. Please contact our customer service to check availability. Item(s) being sent back for exchange must be in new, unused condition. We will ship the new items to the original ship to address at no extra charge. All exchanges are dependent on current stock. Please check availability by emailing info@diemonde.com

Returns

Item(s) purchased from diemonde.com must be returned in new, unused condition in order to receive a refund, within 14 days of receiving the shipment. Limited edition items and items purchased on sale can not be returned for a refund.

To return an item(s) from a refund just send with a copy of the original invoice and a written explanation of why the item(s) is being returned. A refund will be issued in the original form of payment. Please note that we cannot refund the original shipping charges.

All returns and exchanges should be shipped via insured traceable mail in a secure package to this address:
