Please allow for 10 days for your handmade piece to be shipped. We take great care in creating each piece on demand and want to ensure that it meets our high standards before it is sent to you.


If you purchased an item/items from and want to exchange it for a different color, size or style, you can do so by returning the item(s), within 14 days of receiving the shipment with a copy of your original receipt and a written explanation of the items you would like. Please contact our customer service to check availability. Item(s) being sent back for exchange must be in new, unused condition. We will ship the new items to the original ship to address at no extra charge. All exchanges are dependent on current stock. Please check availability by emailing


Item(s) purchased from must be returned in new, unused condition in order to receive a refund, within 14 days of receiving the shipment. Limited edition items and items purchased on sale can not be returned for a refund.
To return an item(s) from a refund just attach a copy of the original invoice and a written explanation of why the item(s) is being returned. A refund will be issued in the original form of payment. Please note that we cannot refund the original shipping charges.
